Cycles of Revolution: !Brake the Banks! rider application due May 5th, 2012

Ready to join us on a journey of resistance? Cycles of Revolution organizers invite you to fill out our application form for the ride to the NATO/G8 protests.

DUE: May 5th, 2012

Fees: Fees are yet to be determined and depend on how much we can fund raise. It is likely that each rider will be asked to pay a sliding scale fee of $50-$100 to go on the whole ride and less to go on part of the ride. The fees will cover food, lodging, motorized vehicle, and first aid support. Checks may be made out to 'Grassroutes Caravan'

Here is a preliminary list of things every rider should have with them on the ride:

food dish, cup and utensils
tooth brush and personal toiletry items
sleeping bag and pad
rain gear
mosquito repellant
sun screen
sun hat
biking shorts (two pair)
warm clothing for the evenings
bike tube patch kit and bike pump
